Does Wristouch offer resizing services?

Yes. We will resize your link bracelet before we ship it to you for a small fee of $10. Simply select the resizing option on the product page and choose your wrist size. If you're unsure of your wrist size you can use our band fitting guide.

How do I adjust the length of my Wristouch Apple Watch band?

We will resize your link bracelet before we ship it to you for a small fee of $10. Also, a jewelry store or jewelry kiosks at your local mall will gladly resize your band. It's inexpensive and takes just a few minutes. For the Wristouch Mesh strap, you can easily adjust the length at home by following these instructions.

What size wrists do Wristouch Apple Watch bands fit?

How durable are Wristouch Apple Watch bands?

Wristouch uses high quality, precision milled 316L stainless steel for our metal bracelets and straps, natural Italian calfskin for our leather straps, and durable EPDM rubber for our sport bands. All inherently strong materials. Wristouch stainless steel Apple Watch bands are quadruple PVD/ion plated for superior scratch resistance and durability. Our coatings don't easily wear off like the cheap knock-off bands you'll find on Amazon or eBay.

What are Wristouch Apple Watch bands made of?

Wristouch uses only the finest high quality materials in our products. In fact, we source our material from some of the same vendors as the "big name" companies in the industry. Wristouch uses high quality, precision milled 316L stainless steel for our metal bracelets and straps, natural Italian calfskin for our leather straps, and durable EPDM rubber for our sport bands.

What kind of quality can I expect from Wristouch Apple Watch bands?

Are Wristouch Apple Watch bands compatible with the 38mm Apple Watch?

At the moment our bands are only compatible with the 42mm Apple Watch.

Are Wristouch Apple Watch bands compatible with the Apple Watch Series 2?

Yes. Wristouch Apple Watch bands are compatible with both the Apple Watch Series 1 and Series 2.

Do Wristouch Apple Watch bands fit other watches?

No. Wristouch bands are designed exclusively for Apple Watch.

Ordering and Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide!

How quickly are orders processed and delivered?

We strive to process every order within 48-72 hours. Delivery times vary depending on several factors.


U.S. customers have several shipping options to choose from at checkout:

  • USPS First Class Mail (3 to 5 days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (overnight delivery)
  • Postdates (same day delivery in and around Boston)

International customers (orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S.) also have several shipping options:

  • USPS First Class Mail (7 to 21 days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (6-10 days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (3-5 days)

You will receive an email with tracking information when the order ships.


Important: Please be aware that international orders are typically marked as delivered when the package is handed off to customs or the local parcel delivery service in the receiving country; not when the package arrives at the shipping address. Import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and in some cases the package may be held until duties are paid. Please contact for your local customs office or parcel delivery service for more information.


Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items as a result of parcel service neglect.

 

Why was I charged an import tax or VAT?

Some countries may impose additional import duties or a VAT (value added tax). If so, these are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact for your local customs office or parcel delivery service for more information.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped.

Can I change the shipping address once my order is placed?

If you need to change your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible by visiting our contact page or emailing hello@wristouch.com. If your order hasn’t processed, we’ll do everything we can to change the shipping address.

Can I track my order status?

Yes. After placing your order you will receive an email containing a link that will allow you to track the status of your order. Your personal order status page will be updated during the fulfillment process.

Can I track my order shipment?

Yes. You will receive an email with tracking information when the order is processed. You can use this tracking information to check the status of your order on the shipping carrier's website.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible by visiting our contact page or emailing hello@wristouch.com. If your order hasn’t processed, we’ll do everything we can to change or cancel your order.

Is an Apple Watch™ included with my order?

No. Please visit Apple.com or your local Apple retail store if you'd like to purchase an Apple Watch™.

Satisfaction & Return Policy

I’m not satisfied with my purchase. Can I return the item(s) for a refund?

Wristouch Apple Watch bands are of excellent quality and we think you're going to love them. If your Wristouch band arrives broken or not functioning properly, please contact us as soon as possible by visiting our contact page or emailing hello@wristouch.com and we’ll do everything we can to repair, replace, or refund your order. In some cases original shipping charges are non-refundable.


No returns, refunds, or exchanges after 30 days.

What if I receive the wrong items?

Mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately by visiting our contact page or emailing hello@wristouch.com and we’ll ship you the correct order right away. No returns, refunds, or exchanges after 30 days.
